Today, February 1st marks the halfway point between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox. It is celebrated as Brigid’s Day, Imbolc, or Groundhog’s Day! With the recent massive snowfall, it seems as if spring is still very distant. Have hope because longer days are already here! The practice of patience, as we wait for warmer days, is still needed. This halfway point is a good time to plan and prepare for spring. I personally feel “spring cleaning” is still too soon as I handle snowy boots daily. However, don’t let the mess of winter slow you down from cleaning and clearing space for spring. I am using this time for contemplation, as I am not ready to quite trekking out of my hibernation state. What are you doing to clean, clear, or contemplate to create space for spring and new beginnings?
Sending you with so MUCH LOVE, Laura
This mantra: “I AM INWARD PEACE” has become an anchor in my meditations, contemplation, and reactions.

BUILD YOUR FLOW
Attached is last week's SLOW FLOW practice BUILD
Loretta and Mazzy joined me!
I taught this flow years ago and didn't teach it since. I wonder why because I LOVE IT!!!! This practice slowly builds a vinyasa flow, connecting breath with movement. I don't rush the foundational asanas and let you feel where you need to be, then...we move!
