New Year’s Eve Restorative Yoga: DONATION BASED offering: 1 (or more) box(es) of pads or tampons. Laura Youngblut, RYT will be facilitating a 75-minute restorative, peaceful yoga class. The class starts at Tuesday, December 31, 2019, 6 pm at Your Core Being, 107 W Main, Freeport, IL.
This class will also kick off a feminine hygiene drive, December 31, 2019- January 18, 2020. Your Core Being is a donation site. Products are given, freely, to various agencies in Stephenson County.

Laura, with the yogi community, has collected pads and tampons since January 2017. Entering into the third year, this project is reaching a variety of agencies. The products you donate are given to agencies, either reaching out to Laura or by referral. The need is always changing as each cycle to each woman is unique. All products are welcomed to ensure each woman has access to meet their needs. THANK YOU for participating.
