CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
7am Saturday & Sunday: SLOW FLOW: Practice yoga poses while mindfully connecting your breath. Poses, asanas, are held for a few cycles of breath. Opportunity to add little movements are cued. This flow is an excellent way for you to practice a self-assessment.

10 am Saturday & Sunday: VINYASA-YIN FLOW: An encouraging yoga flow is cued to as you move with your breath. Poses, at times, will be held longer to stimulate the body. As physical as this flow may seem, the mind is challenged at the same level. Yin poses are integrated for moments of self-assessment.

6pm Saturday & Sunday: Candle-lit Restorative YIN: Yoga poses are held for 1 to 10 minutes. The longer hold promotes a deeper connection with the body. Breath-work is encouraged to maintain a mind-body connection. The mental mind will be challenged to maintain in each pose.
