Women’s Day Ramadan Wellness Evening
Join us for a calming and nourishing evening created especially for women during the blessed month of Ramadan.
We’ll begin with gentle, beginner-friendly yoga, followed by soothing sound bowl healing to help you unwind, reset, and prepare your body and mind before breaking fast. We’ll then come together for a nutritious shared iftar in a peaceful, welcoming space.
This is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, care for your mental well-being, and invite your non-Muslim friends to experience Ramadan in a meaningful and inclusive way.
No yoga experience needed. Just come as you are.
