Yoga Instructor for the night is Laura Youngblut; who is a licensed massage therapist (LMT), registered nurse (RN), and registered yoga teacher (RYT). Using movement, breath, and meditation, Laura promotes self-awareness and autonomy for each participant. Laura’s approach connects Western and Eastern medicine through mindful movement and breath control. Taking her education and experience of anatomy and kinesiology, Laura keenly looks for ways to help each participant by watching movement and alignment of the body as it moves with the breath so they can connect the internal and external bodies.
Laura has donated her time and energy to help our wonderful community practice a great coping skill and mindful exercise!
