Laura Youngblut is joining J&S Studio for a Paint And Poise. This is a 90 minute session incorporating Yoga with Art. Laura will lead a Yoga session with breathing, chair yoga, and mindful meditation. The goal is to calm the mind and body to allow a exploration of creative flow. Simple techniques and movement will be cued to encourage self-awareness. Please wear comfortable clothing.
