POP-UP CLASS July 13th in Krape Park (Koenig amphitheater). Admission is free.

Breathe in and out and pop into this peaceful setting on Tuesday, July 13th from 5:30-6:30 pm. Laura Youngblut from Yoga In My Yard will be teaching Intro to Yoga at the Koenig Amphitheater. She is a licensed massage therapist (LMT), registered nurse (RN), and registered yoga teacher (RYT).

Participants will be socially distanced. You MUST bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, sunscreen and bug spray. Invite family, friends and youth age 12+. Sign-in and signing a waiver is required. Stop by the blue Pop-Up tent prior to the class. Donations of any amount to Freeport Parks Foundation appreciated.
