YOGA IN MY YARD is slowly coming back to the practice after an eventful time in the world.  The practice will continue at Freeport School District Central Office Building, 501 East South Street, Freeport, Illinois Saturday, June 5, 2021 at 10am.  This roaming style of yoga offers a FREE practice to all.  Please feel welcome to join regardless of experience.  Connect physical postures and breath with community.  Join the movement!

Ahimsa:  The pandemic is still upon us and safety for all is most important.  Please consider and follow Center for Disease Control Guidelines.  To ease any anxiety, please consider wearing a mask as you mingle about and set up your space.  Each participant is responsible for masking considerations during the practice as it is outdoors.  The instructor, Laura Youngblut, will be masked at all times as she roams about teaching.
