YIN YOGA + SOUND BATH: Join this 60-minute session of yin yoga with sound bath of singing bowls and chimes. You will begin in yin yoga poses; each one being held for 1 to 10 minutes. You will slowly end in a meditative savasana and into a deeper sound bath. Physically, this is a chance to find anchoring and grounding in your body. Mentally and emotionally, you will be given space to create awareness within. Cues will be given throughout to come back to your foundation and journey.

Please bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket is encouraged.

Please consider bringing your own water and a notepad to write your thoughts. 

PROP OPTION: A bolster, 2 blocks, or 2 towels can be used to support the knees. A neck pillow, travel pillow, or rolled hank towel may be used to support the neck. A eye pillow or folded washcloth can be used to cover the eyes.
