Project 16:49 supports Rock County's unaccompanied homeless youth. Our mission is- Empowering Rock County's unaccompanied homeless youth to take action to achieve their goals. We provide basic needs support, referrals, case management and operate two transitional living homes, one for young men and one for young women.

We are in need of funds for feminine products because of limited donations coming in at this time. With COVID-19 affecting everyone differently our steady flow of donations that we rely on has slowed down. We have been fortunate enough to distribute as many hygiene items as we do because of our generous community. Feminie items are always at the top of our list for needed items-not only to support our residents at the TLP but to distribute to the schools and to our youth we work with in the community. It is a valuable resource that no young woman should have to worry about obtaining.
